It's National Motorsport Week and to celebrate racewear.co.uk, the on-line motor sports clothing retailer, has teamed up with a local photographer to give away great pictures for download from its web site. The photographs will be taken at events where the company takes its Racewear Roadshow, ranging from club hill-climbs to international race meetings.

racewear.co.uk is always looking for new ideas to make the web site more interactive, and taking special images from Final Piece Photography's portfolio is seen as a chance to show its wide range of interests and give a boost to a new photography talent.

Final Piece Photography is run by Alex Tyler, a 14-year-old schoolboy from Bromham near Devizes showing great skill behind the lens. He has already beaten the adults in a photography competition using just the camera on his mobile phone, and since upgrading to pro-style equipment his pictures have been published in a Guernsey newspaper. Alex has been asked to publish three strong images from each race meeting he attends, which will all be available as wallpaper on the Downloads page at www.racewear.co.ukfrom 27^th June. The calendar has yet to be finalised, but expect images from karting at Clay Pigeon Raceway in Dorset, Gurston Down Hill Climb in Wiltshire and other race meetings around the country.
