How to Order

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING

RACEWEAR LTD is committed to fair trade on the Internet.

To minimise risk of fraud we use a secure third party server for your credit/debit cards when ordering. You can choose to pay via Paypal or SECPay, both of which offer industry-standard security. Your payment will be processed automatically at this point and we will not have access to your card details. We will be able to process any refunds against this card without needing to know any personal information.

If you prefer, you can make payment by cheque or bank transfer. We will then make delivery when payment is received.

When you order you will receive an automatic confirmation by email which means that we too have received the notification. If you change your mind after this point please send an email to max@racewear.co.uk and I will personally stop the order as long as it has not been despatched.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or cancellation of personalised products.

The checkout process

Discount voucher code - if you have a discount code, please type it here and your discount will be automatically calculated.

Delivery country - this will generate the correct shipping price and VAT rate for your purchase.

Registration - we ask you to register so that you are able to track your purchase online. We guarantee your name will not be sold to other organisations, and should you not wish to receive mailings unrelated with your purchase you can unsubscribe at any time.
